  1. New movies get recognization during Grammy cerenomy ? I dont think so but advert time during these shows is pretty valuable room.
  2. It could be revealed at advert time. I thought you meant - at actual grammy cerenomy, sorry Ive really liked the pattern of Lana´s career so far. She can have great future, not frontloaded like her popstar peers.
  3. 1. Ride with monologue and epilogue 2. Blue Jeans 3. American 4. Video Games 5. Carmen 6. Ultraviolence 7. Born to Die 8. Million Dollar Man 9. Body Electric 12. Summertime Sadness 13. Y&B I dont really think she will perfom new songs (or maybe just one). She still hasnt properly toured the US and the US audience doesnt know her that well. There is nothing wrong with perfoming her traditional songs.
  4. Well they all are just bonus tracks. I wouldnt need them on BtD at all especially when a lot of unreleased songs >>> these 3 songs

    Song vs. Song

Kinda Outta Luck vs. Pretty Baby
  6. It IS absurd. Ive been listening to nominees now and its a joke.
  7. the comittee chooses nominees themselves or they get candidates from labels ? I have no idea why Interscope would send more songs (than Y&B) from the Great Gatsby. If Y&Bve had no shot, the others would have flopped even harder.
  8. Well The Great Gatsby itself wasnt nominated even once. She would have much better shot with more acclaimed movie.
  9. she had done before she met her, I suppose Majestic cinematic epic. Im here for it rather than some cheap pop songs ala Serial Killer .
  10. But I think thats mainly our problem, as lana´s fanbase. He is one person with one taste and talent, of course his produced songs will be similar to certain extent. He isnt Lana´ exlusive producer, either. I dont really mind hear his "coons" in The Neighbourhoods album , they were one of the reason why I fall in love with it.
  11. They still SLAY harder than most albums/song released in 2013
  12. No more of these songs and their overused theme please. I need something more mature (Black Beauty, Ride ...)
  13. Well Born To Die had very simple cover too. It just depends how much she wants to move away. If she had her face on the cover, I want just ULTRAVIOLENCE sign and no "lana del rey". Paradise cover could be soo much better and better reflect the EP sound.
  14. That photoshoot slays. But knowing Lana she will come with simple cover ala Lorde´s Pure Heroine, Beyonce or even Yeezus
  15. Dont come for Emile. He might have overused some effects on BtD but he is a great producer in general
  16. Thats why she shouldnt make electronic music. There are numerous artists like that now. She shouldnt go with trends but keep tracks like Black Beauty and be just herself. The paradise tour editions of Body Electric, Y&B, G & M is what I want her to do. More dark, but not more sad or tragic. More spiritual and euphoric. The natural evolution of Paradise and Born to Die. With some stripped down ballads like Black Beauty for balance. Why to lose her mein schtick for which she is famous.
  17. Maybe we are just wrong. "Paradise Lost" is the name of Raqib Shaw´s (the painter of the pic) exhibition in NY. Emile just was amazed and posted it. He deleted Moy´s comment because he didnt want to mislead people.
  18. You are actually right, its very ultraviolenc-y. A lot of his animal characters are captured in a deep emotion, often in a weird "peaceful" angry, roaring and demanding - accompanied by beautiful oriental and natural themes - flowers in blossom, blue sky or under water with colourful corals... He connects ultraviolence and raw animal instincts with beauty. his installation:
  19. I dont think Lana will come back to Paradise theme with her new record. Anyway, the pictures are gorgeous. Utopia, but I wouldnt mind if Raqib Shaw made Ultraviolence cover - in a similar way how Gaga used Koons for Artpop cover. It would slay Or maybe Emile is just fascinated by the similar art things and themes as Lana.
