I used to only buy the albums on iTunes (BtD, Paradise, UV, Honeymoon) and bought the CDs of them years later. Starting with LFL I would buy the CD and iTunes version the day of release. I didn’t buy the COCC CD because I hated the cover I later bought the special edition blue vinyl with her and the wolf on the cover. I bought all the vinyl variants and CD variants for BB because I loved the covers so much. I have preordered all the vinyls and CDs for DYKTTATUOB.

I think I might drive around and listen to it. There is a nice river in the next town that I sometimes drive next to and listen to music and it’s so peaceful. It will be perfect. I’ve already requested a day off from work for it, my album release day tradition now.

I’m contemplating how I will listen to the album for the first time. Typically I use my Bose noise cancelling headphones but I am wondering if listening in my car might be more impactful. Tunnel really hits me when I’m driving I always end up crying.
