    I agree! Paradise is not bad at all, its just not as interesting as her other albums imo (not even an album itself)

     

     

    I think LFL is kinda better than HM just for the presence of Heroin, Cherry, Get Free, Tomorrow Never Came, Change, WTWWAW, 13 Beaches and Love. Idk, the variety makes it a more interesting listen than Honeymoon.  

    I agree! LFL is messy but it has some of her best songs to date (Heroin, Cherry, Love). 

     

    Lust For Life has better individual songs whereas Honeymoon is better as a whole. It's hard to listen through LFL start to finish but it's easier to do so with Honeymoon. With LFL, I like to just randomly jump into it and listen to whatever song I feel like listening to but when I listen to Honeymoon, I usually listen to at least 3-4 songs in a row since they all flow together so well.

    ANYWAYS the real tea is 

     

    UV >> LFL ≥ HM > BTD > P

     

    UV had it all: amazing production, good lyrics, good tour (Endless Summer), interesting interviews

     

    LFL is shaping up to be a truly amazing era whether you greedy gays agree or not

     

    HM's lyrics and production weren't anything starkly different from her other records, but they still felt fresh; the lack of a proper tour was disappointing though 

     

    And that's that on that ladies

    “Yesterday in Memphis was a dream. Thanks for the tour of Graceland and also we had the best time at Phillips studio and Sun studios. Met lots of new friends and I even got my new license and served us up some coffee with John at Sun.”

    Yes who will care about the potential of a second Cold War

    Who cares about nuclear proliferation

    Who cares about thinking of major historical events "in about a year or two" (certainly not historians, journalists, students, or people who give a damn!)

     

    The production of Coachella is still terrible but God forbid she tries to lend her voice on a subject that's even bigger than herself. God forbid she isn't some plastic "bop" serving pop star Lipster twinks fawn over....

    I'm unsure as to how I feel about this Win fan... 

     

    Part of me feels bad that he gets attacked relentlessly because he has met Lana so many times and people are just clearly jealous

     

    But then part of me is kind of weirded out by the fact that he goes to every show (did he drop out of school? where is this money coming from?) and it is annoying that he takes opportunities away from other fans who want to meet her at the barricade. If I met Lana even once I would be satisfied for life. I've heard stories of him and his friends being rude to other fans who just want tips on how to meet her. I was messaging a pretty well known Lana stan on Twitter about lining up for Philadelphia and she refused to tell me what time her and her friends were lining up, so I had no idea how early/late to go to get barricade. Some of these fans are really nuts...

     

    Also... I hope he doesn't have this unrealistic expectation in his head that he and Lana are like..... friends now? I'm sure she appreciates him, but that's it. It's pretty telling that she doesn't follow him on social media yet.

     

    The obsession that some Lana stans have is really weird to me. It's dangerous, too, as we saw in Orlando.

    okay but like, Bartender as a title has given me specific AKA vibes

     

    Bartender to me feels like it would be Art Deco 2.0 and... im here for it   

     

    Yeah I feel like Bartender either sounds like

     

    1. Art Deco, Freak and Cherry combined

    or

    2. Yayo, AKA songs, Disco

     

    She described it as "weird" so I'm thinking it's kind of going to sound like Cherry, maybe, rather than an acoustic track?
