Ariana Grande - She has a couple of songs that I have in my playlists but overall I really don't resonate with her music. And her voice is grating to my ears don't @ me Dua Lipa - ? I just flat out don't like her music. I'm sorry. I do like her voice though! Just not a fan of the production or lyrics in most of the things I've heard, but I desperately would like to enjoy her music. I feel like I'm missing out lol Lorde - I've never been into her sound - ever. I like two or three songs from her debut, her cover of Everybody Wants to Rule the World, and one song from her last album and that's it - and I only enjoy it lyrically. I just can't get into her and tbh I have no ambition to even try to do so There is something abt her that doesn't sit right with me and I've no idea what it is.

I am in LOVE with the album. It's beautiful and everything that I hoped for Definitely reminiscent to The Family Jewels - it's my favorite project of hers so I was absolutely thrilled at the similarities in sound/message, etc. I was a bit afraid it was going to be too "political" but I found it to be a nice balance and was glad there were more personal songs on the record. And GOD I'm in love with Highly Emotional People; it's gonna be on repeat. Pandora's Box is probably my next favorite off of the album - I'm desperate to know who the "Her" is at the end of the first verse

I SO want to listen rn, and knowing me I'll probably cave midway through the week and listen to it djkjkss, but I'm trying my best to wait until Thurs Night just so I have smth to look forward to. But regardless I'm so excited! It's been a fucking EMOTIONAL and difficult year for me so far personally, and every year that my life has drastically taken a shift (usually for the better!), Marina has released an album that speaks to me so deeply (yes...even Flop+Fear). So I'm greatly looking forward to this record and hope that it helps me ring in the next best year or so of my life
