Again, I am a fan of Lana Del Rey. 😊 I’d like to clarify that I wasn’t asking to be agreed with. I was asking to debate the two artist after reading the conflicting arguments in the thread. When you’re debating two different artist it’s normal to talk about vocal differences, accolades, music, awards, popularity and etc. I love Adam Lambert and Lana Del Rey equally. I am listening to her music right now.

Queen were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. Queen were given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Queen was the first band, rather than just individual, to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. The band was inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame. The Jonas Brothers received a star before Lana Del Rey. Lana has a long way to go but I’m sure one day she’ll be considered too. On Instagram, Lana’s fans are grateful for the plug. 😃 I’m sure Lana is happy to be trending again. It’s been awhile.

He’s accepting The Lifetime Achievement Award too. Hopefully we will see Lana there one day.

Again, you’re proving my point. You’re interested in Lana Del Rey for her aesthetic and popularity. As I said before and I’ll say again, Adam Lambert is the frontman for Queen. Queen won The Lifetime Achievement Award. They’re also in the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame. He doesn’t need your opinion or validation. 😊

The only reason Adam Lambert is being discussed is because he covered Lana Del Rey’s song. Before Lana Del Rey, I was a fan of Adam Lambert. I have been a fan for about 15 years ago now. I have loved Queen since childhood and finally Lana Del Rey for 11 years. I didn’t watch Bohemian Rhapsody until recently. I have been a Prince fan since 3 years old. I think Prince is better than Adam Lambert. Sorry, but I don’t feel like I must worship someone to like them and their art.

I said she's an average singer as far as octave and vocal range is concerned. There's MANY artist with the exact same vocal range in Hollywood that are very successful. I don't know why were equating average to bad. I consistently stated that Lana Del Rey has a beautiful voice.

Someone said that in this thread and that was the opinion that I was debating against. Someone also said Lana Del Rey is a better vocalist which is factually untrue. I'm providing actual written evidence that Adam Lambert's vocal agility is stronger than Lana Del Rey. To me, I feel like there's a lot of biased conversation here. You all know Adam Lambert is a professional vocalist with an incredible voice but you're refusing to acknowledge Lana Del Rey's weaker points, vocally. She is an average vocalist in the eyes of vocal coaches when analyzing her vocal octave and vocal agility BUT with her average range she has a UNIQUE execution of notes and singing style that causes Lana Del Rey to stand apart from the crowd.
