    I totally believe in MKUltra and Hollyweird and illuminati but.....lana doesn't match the vibes really at all. She's just a quirky white girl who loves Joanne Fabric's, soul cycle, and some old hollywood glamour but like more Joan Didion than Joan Crawford. She did a few stunts to get attention at the beginning but I think that boils more down to lana's wicked sense of humor. People always take what she's saying at face value when she's clearly trolling. White Hot Forever. Amen.

    I don't mind the Elvis thing, Separate the art and artist blah blah blah, dead for 50 years, Priscilla gets a cut and loves his music still, he's too big to cancel, at this point the music and image transcends the artist himself etc. That said, the timing is pretty iffy. Priscilla finally gets a moment to tell her story but The Brand Strikes Back. I'll still watch and enjoy it but i'd rather it have been last year or next year. It feels reactionary and intentionally silencing which, really, Priscilla is super old let her have her moment ffs.

    yeah i doubt lana meant it as a slight but......i'd rather she had done both honestly..... not a huge fan of the optics of just doing the Elvis special.....especially as Lana utilized the Priscilla/Elvis imagery extensively in the beginning of her career.  that said i absolutely want a lana elvis cover.

    I’m not sure specifically triggered it, but I heard there was something on Twitter. I’ve seen a lot of people call him out on the LDR subreddit page recently. 
     

    He’s making empty threats because people have been calling him out lately for questionable behavior. The LDR subreddit mods went as far as to say we’re not allowed to talk about him anymore on the page lol

     

    If you’re going to be a public figure and act like an entitled brat, of course people online are going to scrutinize you. 

    yeah there's a line between trying to be a groupie and stalking, albeit a wavy one. Just don't be creepy lmao.
