Wtf this serve out of nowhere!

This is not jack, this is Lana because the same thing has happened on other albums. It’s her cheap microphone she sings through sometimes. Tbh it really diminishes the quality of the album for me. It takes away from the song and seems very unprofessional. I’m kind of underwhelmed with the album. California was WAY overhyped. It’s extremely overproduced and I’m not particularly a fan of her vocal delivery, and the changes in the quality of the mic just really bother me. HTD is awful. NFR and Love Song are highlights for me. Her voice on Love Song is absolutely heavenly, and I love how simple it is.

NONSENSE. Stop spreading that negative mess. Any song can be compared to another if you look hard enough. The songs are different songs. The Greatest is one of her best songs ever and I will NOT have you try to tarnish that.

This interview pretty much confirms that she is NOT retiring, as some people thought lol. She’s just in a place in her career where she (and clearly her management and team) feels she doesn’t have to be on a schedule. We better get used to it! Lol

NFR should not be judged on the way the album rollout was handled. Could it have been handled differently? Absolutely. Lana should have never released singles so early, and should have never shared so many snippets so far in advance of the release. But we do not know what went on behind the scenes. The album could have been planned for an earlier release but something could have happened outside of Lana’s control. Communication should have been better, but it is what it is. I have not listened to the leak, but I know better than to judge an album in a negative way just because I don’t like how the album rollout took place. Quality music speaks for itself, and I think NFR will speak for itself in the end. Lana will always win in the end, and her work should be respected. She had put out 6 albums in a 7 years time. That is almost unheard of. She works hard and her work deserves respect. It seems to be that Lana fans have become very spoiled and feel entitled. It shouldn’t be that way.

What made you make that decision months ago?

You are making this decision based on a LQ iPhone recording? Seems a bit premature to me. Listening to an album in its full HQ glory can be a completely different experience. But you do you.

I don’t blame them for the leaks, it’s how they handle the situation afterwards that is complete BS. Sometimes they handle it appropriately, like when Love was rush released after the leak. However, they have handled this album rollout in an utterly embarrassing way. They are doing absolutely nothing about this leak, and in the end is going to hurt the artist they are supposedly supposed to be managing. She could be gaining streaming numbers right now, but instead everyone is listening to leaks. They could do something about it... but.... *crickets*

Maybe they can move the release date up a week to this coming Friday? Sure it’s taylors release date but she’s already going to debut behind Taylor anyways, and at least this way she can be #2 and not compete with Tool.

I’m not listening to some LQ iphone recording. My first listen is going to be in HQ glory on the beach sipping a mai tai. Let’s see if Lana’s team does anything about this.

If this album does not win a Grammy I am committing. They need to submit her in the alternative categories. Pop is too competitive. She has a GOOD chance at winning in the ALT categories. Do something right team!!!

It’s Lana’s own teams fault that these songs have leaked. They clearly put these songs on streaming platforms... had banners for songs that aren’t even available yet... one of them was even available for purchase on a major platform... They deserve it lol.

I mean the music this era is untouchable. But professionally this era has been a complete disaster lol. Her team truly needs to get it together

She doesn’t need to release the songs before the album release. She already released 4 songs off of a 14 song album. She needs to drop the video on album release day and create some hype.
