i never ever expect me to say that, but looking at ticketmaster's "dynamic prices" and how popular Lana got the last few years i PRAY she's doing a festival tour instead of her own tour i rather pay 250 euros for a whole festival than one GA ticket

guys it's perfectly normal to feel underwhelmed from the lack of promo/visuals... no one says the music isn't the most important thing but acting like Lana's artistry and career longevity is based only off the music itself is just ignorant. we're just expecting a cute lil music video and some bulid up to the era which is, well, pretty much important to how the album itself is received by fans/gp... why are y'all taking it to another extreme acting like we're expecting her to be on some dua lipa shit performing and doing mv's for everything. it's literally so obvious that music can be perceived better with a visual linked to it, majority of her albums were well promoted with a great visual introduction to the era/ creating a whole universe for it, meanwhile her last two albums were ok but somehow lacked its own identity it's not like we're gonna die without tour and visuals, i'll be for sure super satisfied if the music is great so that's ok, but y'all acting like everything else doesn't matter at all is weird to me

80% of these "so much" isn't even from Lana herself but from insiders trying to keep the era at least somehow entertaining

the way i believed that her last two albums were promoted this way bc of quarantine and now that she's so successful on streaming tap management will have her as their main focus; especially after dua left them... this era is somehow worse than the last two eras. we didn't even get a mv for ocean blvd she better do something QUICKLY

with everything caroline polachek is putting out lately it was pretty obvious her album is going to be an instant classic... she's coming for every girl's wigs nowadays she's also the same age as Lana and just started her solo career recently so she deserves all the recognition idgaf both of the albums are going to be great for sure tho

Sophie is timeless. Using the sample pack is kinda dated indeed but just in the way that you’d love her to ACTUALLY work on the track 😭 the sample itself is still cool and hopefully will be forever this way

I absolutely hated this song based off the snippets too!!! I thought she was going for a typical edgy hyperpop production but besides that sample it kinda has its own identity lol and I like it
