I don't understand why people are harsh on lustforlife. Everybody made fun of them while they were spilling information like Text Book is the opening track etc. but the information turned out to be true in the end.

They're trying to reverse-psychology him into leaking or spilling more info about the tracks to 'prove himself'. The manipulation of it all! :blush3:

In the announcement, she specifically said that's not what's happening.

Lana is known for her honesty, yes. :shh:

Personally, I feel like she only stressed that there will "probably always be more" music just to keep the door open and not be too dramatic.

    But we'll see :true:

she wants to hide anything controversial and this is what she meant by ‘transparency’. She doesn’t want anything visible that could give the wrong impression.

Isn't this the opposite of transparency :deadbanana: I feel like she was improvising her speech and misused this word because I have no idea how this is helping her be more transparent. :um2:

i also am curious how the Blue Banisters era will play out now that there is no instagram to promote videos, single (if there is one) and magazines, shows.

i guess it’ll just be a chill ‘era’ or maybe she won’t do ‘eras’ anymore ?

    thoughts ?

Yeah I don't think she will be doing 'eras' anymore. At least, I believe Arcadia is the last we'll hear from her about Blue Banisters.

She might drop a video for the cover album like she did for Summertime, but I don't see her doing any heavy promo. She wants out of the fame. :true:

i like arcadia, her vocals sound good but the vocals on some lines are simply painful on the ears especially in earphones :rip: idk if it’s her mic technique or if it’s the production or what but i have to turn the volume down right before a couple of certain lines

This is also how I feel about the Blue Banisters title track. Like the volume of her vocals are all over the place, it kinda sounds like she isn't controlling her breathing properly? And that leads to her 'overshooting' some of the lines and it ends up being painful to hear.

Her vocals used to sound very effortless but now it sounds like she's struggling a bit to keep it under control :true:

To avoid further confusion, I'm pretty sure this list only includes the songwriters rather than the producers? For example, we know Text Book is co-produced by Dean Reid and Zach Dawes, but it was written by only Lana and Gave. The Trio has no lyrics so the producer (Ennio Morricone) is the only credited 'writer' lol

    Yep these are songwriting credits
