yeah… i think i’m done, this thread is honestly disgusting, i don’t personally take issue with people not liking the queen, the monarchy, etc. i do not like seeing people mocking somebody else’s death, she was still a human-being who had to be the head of her country for 70 years, this isn’t putin, this isn’t trump, it’s just more complicated than that, a lot of people still love her & saw the value of her existence & life, it just feels really insensitive to practically celebrate & make a big fucking joke out of her death, there’s probably a lot of messy shit regarding her & her family, but they’re humans too, her family is suffering from the loss of their mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, & she’s dead, just move forward & forget about it if you don’t like her, if this were some regular person i’m sure nobody would feel the need to say anything, whatever, i don’t even care anymore

not liking the joking/lightheartedness of this thread like another person had said, the politics & actions surrounding the monarchy are their own discussion, but it’s very gross to me to make a joke out of somebody’s death, she was a human-being as is the rest of us, it’s just icky to me the way people are going about this…

i honestly don’t know a lot about the monarchy or the history of it or the queen, but this is still quite shocking & i hope she rests in piece & my heart goes out to the united kingdom

i don’t think we know cola’s recording date, it’s possible she could’ve conceptualized it in late 2011, but i think the album version was probably recorded at some point in 2012 i consider 4th of july as a separate song, it just happens to sample the put me in a movie early mix

continuing my v.c andrews adventures i just finished reading dawn in just four days, i personally really liked this book & i was a little worried that i wouldn’t since this is the first series entirely written by the ghostwriter, but i thought it was really good, i’m excited to start secrets of the morning tomorrow & i’m determined to keep reading this series & to not fall out of interest & not read for a couple months however, i think after this series, i’m gonna read something else before i start reading the ruby/landry series, just to give myself something different to read
