I know that this is an old post, but now that it's been brought up again... maybe that was the plan all along. (This is not meant to be offensive, I genuinely think they are both stunning women before & after. But over time, they both chose to have an added "dip" in their top lip.)

She seems to wear belts with the majority of her dresses so the mic pack has something to clip on to. Either that, or she’ll have the dress altered to include a pocket for it. So it’s more of a choice of function not fashion.
