    something is fishy abt this because it sounds like the album version with added sounds. like you can hear multiple sounds from the album version's instrumental still present here. so i dunno. plus the discord sounds? why do leakers do that shit nowadays :rip:

    so today i listened to her whole discography (she has no bad songs, whew !) and a lot of songs i was like "dang she really sounds like britney sometimes"

    so the song is a bop we been knew, i wasn't expecting a new version from the one that leaked, but i do feel underwhelmed by the video. it was okay.

    it definitely gave me this energy, especially toward the end

    these are just the names of the original leak, i never saw "that's what the drugs are for" from the original leak?

    “My inspirations for the album started with an HBO documentary called Cape Cod Heroin strangely enough. A lot of the characters and settings of the documentary resonated with me and inspired me to do an experiment, writing a song from one of the character's point of view, which then led me down a rabbit hole into this whole world in my head and of course back to all of my own personal feelings from when I was a teenager/young adult. HA I'll explain more as we go on...”

     

    from her Reddit AMA. i didn't know this but knowing this context changes a lot of meaning of the songs and i just... this is such a great concept album
