Can I just say (and I know this is going to come across as very hippy dippy) that if Lana is truly "happy" then i'm okay with the album having a late release for that to happen. Yes, she may be a homophobic zealot now or whatever and a hypocrite, but I will never hate on my girl for living her best (if you can call it that) life after giving us 5 (really four and a half but still) albums of imagery and emotional resonance. The shade can be real at times but when it really comes down to it Lana has given us more than we could ever repay her for (aside from $14.99 for an album or hundreds of dollars for concert tix!)

I just can't wait for all to be revealed and we all will feel so stupid for doubting her

Sept 19th is a Thursday and furthermore she wouldnt release an album in September she already did that with Honeymoon. I think either August or October by this point, sad to say it

I think I see what happened here. Everything that has happened up until now is still a part of the album writing process. Its like when you hear artists talk about "I've started writing my next album, its really coming together, I have a clear vision of what I want" (except you're not supposed to actually hear the songs and receive pseudo-singles during that period). We were all fooled into thinking it was coming sooner bc she said she didnt want to do real promotion for this era. Now that we know that was a lie and she definitely is required to do some form of promo, I'm assuming that the era is FINALLY going to get started. The bad news is, if she's just now shooting magazine covers, and (I'm guessing) shooting the album cover, arranging the tracklist, and on top of all that working on her poetry book, then I'm assuming we at least have a good six months before we see any sort of album come to fruition. We really jumped the gun it seems sadly. Its not our fault though, its Lana's. All we can pray for by this point really is the first single to come out, but I already know that's not coming anytime soon bc I've learned to expect the worst with Lana.

I think its funny how ppl say Lana has made it so she doesn't have to try anymore.. there are still a lot of people who don't even know who she is, like she is not Katy Perry level of popstar fame. Now I know that's not necessarily her niche, but still I think our vision is skewed as fans. Fame is fleeting and she definitely is going to have to work if she wants to keep her lifestyle, dont get it twisted

Someone ask Ben about the BOOK's release date. I feel like we've exhausted all possible q's about NFR and they legit have like a gag order on the album's release date. They seem to be focusing on the book for rn anyway so once we find out that release date we're one step closer to NFR. Sidenote: should there be a VBBOTG release thread or is it just converged with this one?
