    i think we are seriously at the stage where it looks like it's scrapped guys. we can suggest all the months and seasons in the world but almost a year from the release of the first single is ridiculous and she's literally stopped even mentioning it, even in passing. she hasn't even said in recent interviews she's "finishing her record" or even "recording". i don't expect it to happen but i think the hint should be taken

     

    edit: at one point she mentioned NFR pretty regularly, the silence now is deafening

    It makes sense. But I'm going to allow myself to be delusional and think about this: one of my favorites PS4 games was announced in 2009 and released in December of 2016. So, if that game saw the day of light, I still have some glimmer of hope for this record.

    Fast forward to Friday June 14, 2019.

     

    Miss Larvae del Rey has dropped NFR with music videos to accompany nearly every song, additionally, she drops a cover of Knockin' on Heaven's Door & announces that Tropico 2.0 is coming this fall. She applied a moisture masque to her hair & burned all of her leggings, HIADT has been annihilated from planet Earth & the critter friends have emigrated south, to hell.

    Also, she has reworked Yosemite to fit with the album's sound and is now a psychedelic journey much like Venice Bitch. The album will have 3 covers, all shot by Neil on 120mm film.

    Ugh, I'm so over this Hillsong bullshit. I don't like to criticize her every move but I wish she would just stop with this nonsense already. And release the record thank you very much. Also, didn't she say she wanted to put out the poetry book first and then the album? But apparently nfr will be out sometime this year and in that March interview she said the book will come out "probably next year". So what is the truth.

    Oh, we're doing this again, are we?

    It's obviously Coachella and anyone who doesn't think it's Coachella should put rocks in their socks, jump in a river, and as you are drowning, you can still find solace in the fact that you will never have to hear Coachella ever again.

    I hate it because I remember she uploaded a video once before it was released, singing it in the woods or something and it sounded so nice I thought it would be a song like TNC or even more stripped down. But we got that mess.
