what were you expecting? to pick songs with her for the tracklist on facetime? of course all the final decisions were going to be taken by her. but the way she exposed all the process made it collaborative. going on live on ig to write song lyrics, zoom meetings where she was answering questions, making music videos with our footages. that’s a collaborative process, and it was nice to see her constantly updating us about it. y’all be negative for no reasons at all.

artworks DO matter, they can get you to listen to music! i've discovered so many artists just because their album/single covers intrigued me. let's not pretend visuals are a secondary thing, they're not. music & visual arts go hand in hand. they complement each others. and, also, bad artworks can put your whole mood off and affect your opinions.

that's what i was thinking the whole time. i'm sure she can afford a professional camera so why not using it?? ugh. but i bet she went for iphone quality cause she wanted a more "homemade" aesthetic, maybe. i still hope the album cover feels a little bit more professional.

so just because she has an influential dad she doesn’t have the rights to make music? what the fuck is this logic? her music is good, you can tell she is authentic and who cares if her dad helped her? she’s probably one of the millions of other popstars who got helped by their rich relatives. don’t see why it’s such a big deal.
