    my top 3 after 7-8 listens are:

    also love new america, the beginning sounds like what'd you hear before a breaking news update. there isnt one skip on the album, but i think im already sick of man's world + purge the poison :( ILYBILMM is also working its way up my list, it sounds like such a stadium rock ballad, reminds me of who's gonna save you now by rina. i need more time with ADIAML, but its definitely better than l+f, and the production is some of her best.

    sidenote, a lot of marina videos have been going viral, like outside of BB??? especially hermit the frog. im pleasantly surprised and happy to see songs on TFJ get some recognition, cuz usually its just oh no

    honestly just scroll through the #marinadiamandis tag and there are a handful that have over 100k likes. this is prob old news but im an elder gen z with mental illness so i rarely know what's going on on tiktok

    i always figured that she wrote froot solo because she just missed writing alone, not necessarily that it was borne from the shame she felt of being misrepresented on EH. this part also made my heart hurt:

    thank god. sometimes the justice system does its job. this is one of those times. i just hope this will bring george floyd’s family some peace ❤️ and to my black brothers, sisters, and nonbinary pals, i hope this will alleviate some of the pain and hurt you've been carrying with you, or at least encourage you. we have to believe in a better world. it's not easy to fight for change but it is necessary. this is just a small step towards a more kind and just world.

    i dont think she was referring to #metoo "ending" rape, but the movement ending harvey weinstein's story (i mean, the dude's in jail). do u think she would honestly believe a systemic and worldwide issue could be ended by a social movement predominantly taking place in the west? i understand you dont like the song, but cmon, marina is a 34-year old who is obviously a lot smarter than that :crossed:

    did they change the version of BB thats currently on spotify?? like it went from this version to this one. kinda liked the first one better :icant:

    edit: everyone in the comments on the first vid confirming that they did change it, ok, good, thought i was imagining it lol
