Lil Nas X Olivia Rodrigo Ed Sheeran Queen The Beatles Kanye West Camila Cabello Demi Lovato Arca And whoever makes reggaeton music I don't like the music of any of the above, PLUS some feel hella overrated (Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, Camila Cabello), some I just can't stop finding everywhere and are not as good as they've been painted like, but (The Beatles, Queen, Kanye West) and some are, well, pretentious* (Ed Sheeran). The rest I don't mind them and I am just not into their music. *Not pretty sure if that's the word I'd use, but when he said he would release his album in 2017 instead of 2016 just not to compete with Beyoncé and The Weeknd, I was like

I actually think otherwise about this. The dark aesthetic that seems to go along with this era feels very proper for a film, although I have to admit I don't give a damn about visuals. She always delivers so it's not going to be a problem.

Kinda reminds me of Delicate, but it doesn't bother me? Instead, I liked it a lot I believe she can make a full studio album now - as opposite to some years ago. Hopefully she comes through
  5. Blue Banisters escalated so easily in her discography until becoming my favourite I honestly thought it wouldn't just because we've had some of these songs from years ago but hell I was wrong!

We literally had After School one year and a month ago. As long as the album is not delayed until 2023, I'm fine. It could be released late next year and it would not feel too far. The thing is that we waited 4 years after Cry Baby to have a full album (she only dropped Gingerbread Man and Piggyback in 2016 and 2017, and then nothing), while in 2019 she dropped K-12, and then in 2020 After School plus 2 more singles. Doesn't feel like there is like a huuuuge drought of material. And we always have the unreleased, which is almost another whole discography because there are tons.

Florrie released another single titled Communicate. That would be her 10th standalone single in a row since 2019, and I feel this will be her last from the "singles era" she's been doing since Borderline, so it felt right to compile all of these in an album (finally!). Also she's said in the last few Q&A's that she is working on an ACTUAL album but no further details... maybe she's coming with one for real this time? Anyways, here is my idea for the singles album: Garden Butterflies Street Lights Communicate Hell or High Water Borderline Hours Human Unstable Walk Away Made it a list in Spotify so y'all can stream it here: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3thF2EBTDjW7LAdk7pyztX?si=bf1cb5a651254bc3

  11. I've gotten watery eyes to I Talk to Jesus, Old Money, Terrence Loves You, Arcadia, California and Never Let Me Go

First time I agree with you, kinda. I like the story telling in her songs - but the *rule* of waiting for the film to be ready so we can have the music is really tiring tbh
  13. Yeah, this album makes me so emotional too So I stream in volume 0 when feeling emotional and volume 100 when feeling emotional too so

    BIA

I've only listened to her feature in Iggy Azalea's "Is That Right" and she sounds dope! Guess I'll be checking her songs.
  15. I know just for safety I kept it out of my vocabulary though
  16. It has been taken down several times because this has happened with contents like this. In any case, we should not trust that type of sites anyways.
  17. This is not always true. I've found zips with legit songs, though one never knows what the hell those folders can actually have besides the audio files
  18. Okay so if you don't stan Blue Banisters and someone else does it doesn't mean they're not fans / super fans / stans / whatever you wanna call it. EVERYONE has different taste and it really shows in places like LanaBoards (duh). Enjoy the fucking music guys, I think Lana is really doing something to give her fans constant releases with QUALITY (don't dare telling me otherwise, she really has standouts in the two albums from this year regardless you like them as whole projects or not), unlike... many other singers who have *smashes* or *bops* in the radio / playlists right now. EDIT: True, it goes the other way around as well.
  19. My delulu mind No but for real, I think she could have touched Fine China a little at least, just to make it sound more similar to the album's sound. Wild One well could have been tossed like it is, but not FC i guess
  20. I'm suddenly over excited about the Blue Banisters versions of Fine China and Wild One (and I Talk to Jesus?). I'm wondering how would they sound as they were apparently reworked for their appearance on the new album... also I feel Fine China would work amazing right after Violets for Roses (but so weird before Dealer... ) and Wild One somewhere in the second half. Hopefully (or delulully ) we'll get them soon
  21. OMG I can't get over this beautiful record if this is not nominated for AOTY next year (too late for this one) Imma riot
  22. I've slowly learned to love this record so much the only songs I sometimes skip are Let Me Love You Like a Woman and For Free, while the rest I always listen to when I play the album. And the best imo are Tulsa Jesus Freak, Yosemite and the title track.
