I'd pretty much love this girl to never be mentioned in this thread again - we don't want Melanie in a Sky situation where there's a lot of "new music is coming!" and then silence every damn time. I use iTunes to convert files, and it does not admit uploading FLAC files so I have to convert them to WAV so iTunes reads them but yeah, I know both WAV and FLAC are lossless formats.

Ain't this pretty? They must exist because I checked the Spek. Regular 320 kbps do not top the spectrum, but these did, even being mp3, which means they were lossless re-encoded into mp3. I've done that myself converting from lossless files to WAV and then to 320, and the spectrum tops the chart, even being a 320 mp3. So they should exist even if they don't leak. Hope this was clear tho, explaining Spek is always a headache to me

I actually ordered it off of the top of my head Sometimes I feel like some titles follow each other well as they sound good next to each other, so I threw them like that on my library and after listening to that order I liked it! But I'm still needing to pay more attention to the lyrics so I can arrange them in a storytelling-like order (if applies).

I'm honestly surprised for good with how these songs sound! Even unfinished, they show that Melanie has stepped up in her career and I just can't wait for her album. Magnum opus incoming I fear?

Born to Die - Lolita. Replace it with Serial Killer and rearrange the album to make it fit. Paradise - maybe none. Ultraviolence - The Other Woman, I guess. Literally any outtake could've replaced it with grace (Fine China, I Talk to Jesus, Your Girl, or any of the exclusive bonuses) Honeymoon - Salvatore. It's my least favourite in the album, sometimes I skip it. Lust for Life - In My Feelings, replaced with Serene Queen. And maybe swap all the collabs with solo versions. Norman Fucking Rockwell - Love Song. Chemtrails over the Country Club - For Free. Blue Banisters - Interlude — The Trio. I would've added Wild One in its place instead.

It's undoubtedly a great tune! I'd just love it even more if it was 30 secs longer but I'll stop my complaining ass and be ready to bop to this short af banger-filled album!

But that album is not it 2 singles on with Crash, and they go harder than 90% in positions I wish the album was like 10 minutes longer, but it is what it is

Nah, I'm not asking for this either cause I know streams are THE thing today and everyone likes playlists and stuff. Just 3:00 - 3:40 lengths instead of 2:10 - 2:30 as a person who prefers to listen to albums instead of playlists, adding 7 minutes to that 33-minute album as a whole really changes things

It's true - but still it hurts I could literally add at least 30 seconds to 80% of the songs to have a l o n g e r effect on the boppiness.

I like the official cover, but this one could make a great back cover for physical releases
