    it reminds me so much of Flipside.. not only she mentions it in the lyrics but I find some similarities in both the melody and the structure of the song. Literally a masterpiece :oprah:

     

     

     

    i didnt like the snippet and prepared myself for White Mustang 2.0 but i am pleasantly surprised by the full version. i thought it lacked a climax at first, but i think the lack of it suits the song really well

    So nobody managed to contact the girl on instagram and ask her what the hell happened? After reading everything on here I really want answers to this mystery
    It’s understandable that lana and her team won’t say anything because that way they’ll just let more people know about the leak

    I think we're seriously overestimating the naiveity of teenagers, these kids have grown up with technology. Do you think a 15yo Billie stan is incapable of leaking an album? Like they know what they're doing... It's 2019.

     

    This. Not saying that the leak would affect the sales in any shape or form, but, there is no way that kid leaked the album because she wanted to 'share her joy with the world', she knew what she was doing.

    Exactly, Lana was never an explicit storyteller, she's more of an abstract, symbolic one. She obviously prefers poetic images and concept-driven songwriting rather than detailed narratives. It's no surprise some lyrics don't seem 'cohesive'.
