I sincerely hope not even tho I enjoy like 70% of the album. I just don’t think the lyrics are as deep as on other albums I guess. Idk. But I also feel like it’s too late to change whatever she has done with chemtrails. She seems angry and said that her feelings will be coming out in the new album and the two poetry books. Hopefully by the time she’s ready to put out another album after chemtrails she will not care anymore.

I think she will do what she wants bc she makes the music for her and even tho the critics obviously bother her, I just don’t see her making music that isn’t true to herself even if it doesn’t win scammys and gets backlash.

I told my boss that Lana was coming out with a new album called chemtrails over the country club and he was like WHAT did you just say?! And then he was like oh that’s interesting. Last year I was at work the day we could pre order NFR and I was afraid it would sell out so I insisted he let me go outside to my car and order it and he thought it was so strange. Lol

I saw her at the Hollywood Bowl last October and it was my v first time seeing her. I was just mesmerized that this person who has changed my life/helped me so much was like right there. I enjoyed it and I thought she did a good job. But like I said that was my first and only time having seen her so I can’t really compare.

I think it’s coming in September. I have faith in her. Wasn’t she in the studio with jack back in like January? I feel like the album is done and bc she said surprise drop, it will be just that. No singles or anything beforehand but who knows. The only thing that might make me think otherwise is it seems she’s had a change of direction form the WHF to COCC. In my opinion from what she has said about both, it doesn’t seem to be the same album vibe. I think COCC is going to basically be her lengthy typewritten notes in music form lol but I’m here for it

Haha I feel you. I think if she she does release a second book spoken word that it won’t come out until Like next summer after the book. But what do I know. I feel like I’m getting my hopes up too thinking there will be sooooo much new material and stuff but I’m also afraid to be optimistic lol. Hopefully it all works out.

Idk but she hasn’t brought up the spoken word(s) again since like January I think when she said it was delayed. I hope chemtrails is actual music and I hope at least one spoken word is coming. I feel like if she’s been putting newer poetry to music with Jack from her second book that surely violet must be done since that was the first....?

We better! I think we won’t get it for a very long time tho. I ordered something from another artist at the end of April and it said delivery estimated at the end of august.

This is what I think too. Bc she never said two spoken word albums, and now she’s recorded new poems with music from the second book.

I genuinely feel terrible that Lana can’t catch a fucking break. Like if you don’t like it, don’t stan and don’t fucking listen. Move on but let the rest of us enjoy it.

I agree. She looked like she was crying in the video she posted. She is clearly v upset about it and I think we can all agree she has a lot of feelings and emotions (she is a cancer after all) and she is sensitive/delicate. Hopefully she will realize that she is never going to win with some people and just leave it alone.

I have a feeling after this she’s going to go on a hiatus. Idk why it’s just a vibe I’ve always gotten since she said she was going to drop another album so quickly. Like she’s been writing so much and putting stuff out and now she wants to take a break. Nothing supports this, just a vibe. I feel like the mode of transportation on the front might be a plane just bc of the chemtrails title, but I would really like to see the car scene that Charlie had posted and then deleted, if that was her and what was going on. I wouldn’t be mad if that popped up. As for flowers, I think there will be one but she has also been posting some trees lately and I could see some kind of tree being a theme. But maybe she is reserving the trees for the poetry since lemons come from trees and she posted the tree in the patent leather do over video. Who knows but I’m so excited.
