Because they apologized for including it in the selling thread and said they were too lazy to fix it/re-export. The metronome is on by default when you open up a blank GarageBand project and it's included when you export a split clip in certain ways.

The seller exported the snippets with GarageBand and forgot to turn off the metronome. That's why there was a click track in the background of the snippets. It wasn't part of the original file.

Elevator is a co-write with Filly and someone has listed it on Genius as Filly's song featuring Teddy, though it was never released by Filly in any capacity. The registration on ASCAP also lists it as Filly's song, with Teddy as a writer.

The Corner was registered for a while on GEMA, but was apparently taken down. Might've been a data entry error, 'cause I've found a song called The Corner by this band called Equiknoxx, one of whose members' last name is also Sinclair.

Open Heart Surgery is a fake title. Someone made it up years ago and people had to quite literally ask her via Twitter DMs if it was real, in like 2013. She said it wasn't.

A Beautiful Day hasn't showed up anywhere reliable that I am aware of.

Vintage, someone once tried to claim was a song that had a whole music video made for it, but I think it's fake.

Edit: Yeah, this is fake. Originates from a fake track listing for David Guetta's 2014 album, Listen.

The only real tracks among these were the ones that had already been released as singles before the album's track list was announced.

"Do It Real Nice" is actually titled "Expensive".

She doesn't have a demo of Cry in Public, Unholy or Gloe.

"Contact" is just another title for "Contact High". Not an alternate demo or anything, just another title for the song we already have.

By "fit with the other Ceremonials songs", they meant "the registration numbers indicate that the songs were written at the same time as the other Ceremonials songs, sometimes before other tracks that made the cut for the final release". We have no actual data about the sound or quality of those tracks.

Almost all her raw files are labeled with "Teddy Sinclair". She's not starting a solo project under her real name or anything; it's just how the producers she works with usually label things, to make it easier for them to keep track of.

The pretense of Florence + the Machine being a band has never been particularly well-kept. Florence is the sole writer from the "group" on every song. Isabella didn't contribute at all to the recording process of High as Hope, either. Just because Isabella was initially the titular second half of the name doesn't make her integral to the process of creating a Florence + the Machine record.
