    This would have been amazing, I wonder who the hell is in charge of her creative/merch decisions and why do we keep losing with each new release she does, with cushions and 10$ cheap soaps instead of amazing things like this, that are super easy to do (or you could just keep an eye on twitter and give the fans literally what they ask for):

    Tbh I’m so excited for the apple documentary because nothing like that has ever been done before we literally get to watch her going from playing like small venues and recording in her bedroom to stadiums all in one documentary

    I loved his performance.. for a man he is actually interesting unlike most mainstream male artists. Still not as entertaining (IMO) as if a female artist e.g. Miley or Taylor etc performed but definitely better than last year LOL

    She really fell off my map. I used to think she was so big because Hypnotic is a huge song in my mind back in tumblr era but none of my friends who were on tumblr around that same time could even remember her. I haven’t read back over but is there a reason she literally fell off?

    is it weird i expected her numbers to be higher with troubled paradise? i mean her distribution is with universal so i just kind of expected more of a push..? it seems her direct twitter fan base are the only ones consuming her music to me.

    theres even the part where she talks about the sheik that “killed thousands of gay men”

    maybe that’s why marina chose specifically pabllo for the remix, so that people can understand the wider meaning of the song

    Thread for Ethel Cain, (I was so surprised she doesn’t have one) Floridian-born and raised singer-songwriter/producer, started creating bedroom dream pop in 2017. Finding inspiration in the hot and rural landscapes of the south,

    Cain garnered a following for her raw lyrical style and ethereal style vocals.
    She’s similar to Lana and she opened for Nicole Dollanganger on her last tour. 

     


    She recently posted about signing a record deal so I suppose we will be getting a big release with push soon!

    I feel so bad for dua having to milk this album. I loved it at first and theres so many hits& it has all my fave mainstream producers or whatever but It already feels that it’s aging like milk to me?

    If they wanted to profit off masochism (If in theory it ever existed as a finished album) it would be out already even with minimal promo they’d still make money. Sky would make her money back from touring if she had invested in it but let’s be real It took 4 years to mix one song. The album doesn’t exist in my mind .

    How do they benefit off putting her in “label hell”.. It just doesn’t happen like that. If She’s their investment and they’ve built her up and paid a certain amount to promote her and got their returns on her why would they whittle her down and wait till her fan base barely cares anymore. They’re clearly on her side or she wouldn’t have even got those big press pieces for DL

    Her ranting about how she always gives credit is so funny baby we want an album not a fight in the comments justifying it. I wish she would explain what they’ve done to stop her from releasing it instead of just vaguely saying she’s in some twisted situation

    Does anyone else think she’s still working with Dr Luke. That song with Madison beer gives me major Dr. Luke vibes but I can’t find him credited anywhere. The production team just says the name of the game across all sites.
