  1. Lana Del Rey is literally one of the best musical artists in the last century. She deserves to be mentioned. That’s the bare minimum.
  2. an opportunity for what? She’s already an international icon. They need her if anything
  3. I think she’s mad because in Glastonbury’s Instagram they announced the headliners for Friday and Saturday but left her out (she is headlining)
  4. The honeymoon post is sending me. She said respect the legend I am or I won’t show up
  5. How is music in general ever suppose to evolve if it’s constantly the same thing. I, for one, appreciate and respect the way Lana is challenging conventional song writing and structure on this album.
  6. Imagine her team being the team they are and the album does get released on digital platforms tonight
  7. I NEEEEED to know what a setlist would look like for these shows
  8. Everything is fine and there are no hard feelings. We are all very passionate and connected to Lana which can lead to some intense discussions.
  9. I missed the entire conversation that led to a debate about political correctness but whatever Lana did or said she's innocent and will never be cancelled.
  10. im gunna ignore most of that to address the "And to me, she looks vague, dissipated and hungover in the album art, the way Bruce Springsteen did on the cover of 'Darkness on the Edge of Town' back in the day, like he was forever just getting up or going to sleep. To me, that does not suggest happiness, peace of mind, joy, self control, etc. " it's just crazy that you looked at the photoshoot for her album cover and saw vague, dissipated and hungover. Especially when she doesn't even drink alcohol she's been sober for a very long time. I think a lot of this is maybe some type of projection from something you're dealing with in your own life but it's a really weird thing to say about someone especially a woman. For me, she's showing her body in a way she never has. It's vulnerable and she's confident, glamorous, powerful and in control of herself.
