    and also the person selling fingertips and ocean blvd said they were bb outtakes so they had to be recorded before october 2021

    like some of the beats on BTD can sound tinny at times/subjective of course but you can’t seriously tell me taco truck or peppers have been produced seamlessly between sections.

    I have to disagree with people defending fingertips by saying that it’s a poem in a song, those words if written down as a poem and not sung as a song then they simply would be bad - defending it for it’s sentiment or how it was formed is totally understandable and in fact valid but calling it a poem is not really doing it justice in fact making it seem even worse

     

    i think everybody cried during the ‘my grandmothers last smile’ in the grants

    even my hip-hop fan friend started crying :toofunny:

    jimin will struggle going top10 nobody knows him in the US, pink floyd is irrelevant now, and who tf is luke combs

    maybe even jimmy? what if jimmy, peppers and vb demo were sitting on the shelve and they decided to rework and experiment with them - merging jimmy with american whore, finding a tommy genesis sample to finish peppers etc

    i do think she had the verses of peppers before adding the tommy sample (maybe she had an alternate chorus) cause in the song she’s like ‘we should merge this with the ahahahaha song’ at least that’s what i understood 

     

    also boz said that all these songs were new and recorded in 2021-2022
