If it really is Sirens I wonder what caused her to release it? The popularity within the fan-base? Her label making her release it? Or maybe this was all planned and she just didn't know how to fit it into her movie script hence why it didn't make it on the standard edition

omg I fell for an April Fools' (late) prank a random TikTok popped up on my FYP and it had the deluxe added on her website where she teased lyrics and I kid you not I didn't waste another second and went to look if it was real.. it wasn't should've known since 'Mother of Pearl' was on there this was the tracklist:

can someone do some of that hypno shit on her and convince her to drop the movie idea and just make individual MVs that tell a story together they didn't release I Scream when it went viral so I doubt it unless they do Unholy/Say So etc. kind of waves

I could see this ones and maybe The Contortionist but BOTL I feel like isn't a replacement of any song in particular and just a song she did later on that she liked and used instead of leaked material

well the obvious ones so far are Death, Void since they use the same title she mentioned she couldn't write a better Tunnel Vision song so she kept that one.. which maybe means Nymphology is her attempt at another song based on nymphs/sirens also she lowkey acts as if she doesn't know Faerie Soiree, Moon Cycle and Leeches leaked too LOL she's only being passive-aggressive when it comes to Tunnel Vision which weirdly enough is the only song on the album in which K&OL were involved

eh I'm lowkey hoping that along Cry Baby she drops the movies too... she should do smth less grand?? like a short film or connecting music videos like she did for her first album at least then we'll know she's taking a break she needs and not delaying stuff cuz she's overachieving.. K-12 while good could've been better if she did the same strategy as she did for Cry Baby because obviously she had to cut a lot of shit thanks to budget limitations and that kind of made some stuff rlly random

I do wonder which songs were made as "replacements" besides the obvious ones which share the same title and which ones were not even considered for the album to begin with ---------------------------------- I think the album is great though, a step in the right direction after K-12 and the end of the Cry Baby storyline (?) really excited to see how she'll grow from here

I think she's mad all the stuff they did together leaked (I assume maybe they've got poor security? since nothing else's been leaked.. Light Shower was one of the first songs she's written and it was done by her exclusively yet we knew nothing about it so I doubt she has security issues herself...) I do hope that's not the case and she just wanted to remake it and some of the songs she did with K&OL will be on the deluxe or something I think maybe the vinyl won't have the intros/outros that aren't really part of the song (Moon Cycle ending, BOTL last minute..) but I hope the interludes on Faerie Soiree and Nymphology are included

the screaming at the end of Leeches scared the hell out of me I'm glad she kept Leeches though, it's cute

this and Womb feel out of place the most.. The Contortionist sound wise a little and Womb is misplaced but eh TC is such a good song I can't be bothered to care. It's my 2nd fav I think

anyway for MM4 she needs to give herself a break a little and do a more normal album.. or at least if she wants another concept album slow down a little with the transitions and sfx that make no sense with no context
