  1. AKA: The Fucking Ocean! or Lizzy Fucking Grant! or Kurt Fucking Cobain!

Born To Die: The World Is Fucking Ours! or John Fucking Kennedy! (and the acronym would be JFK :toofunny:) or James Fucking Dean!
Paradise: United States Of Fucking America! (or Elvis Fucking Presley! or Marilyn Fucking Monroe! or I'm Fucking Crazy But I'm Free!)

Ultraviolence: Give Me All Of That Fucking Violence! (or Lou Fucking Reed!)

Honeymoon: Jazz And Those Fucking Blues! (or Billie Fucking Holiday!)
Lust For Life: Let's Fight For Fucking Peace! (or John Fucking Lennon!)

    Norman Fucking Rockwell!

COTCC: I'm On The Fucking Run! (or Tammy Fucking Wynette! or Joni Fucking Mitchell!)
Blue Banisters: Home Sweet Fucking Home! (or Joan Fucking Baez!)

Ocean Blvd: Don't You Fucking Forget Me! (or Harry Fucking Nilsson!)

Sorry but this was so funny and cringe for me to do because of the recurring "fucking" :toofunny:

NFR is for me a hundred times more "mid" than COTCC or BB. Both of the latter had cohesiveness, a defining sound and aesthetic, none of which I've been able to found on NFR even 4 years after its release. Not a hater of the album, but I think its just nonsense to say that its sucessors are worse.

I loved the song when I first heard it. Felt like a Norman Fucking Rockwell outtake that would have fit perfectly on it.

But then two things: it's kind of out of place on Ocean Boulevard. The production, the lyrics, the vibe: it doesn't correlate with anything else on the record. Except maybe thematically (family). So, it's not the song I go to when I want to listen to the record.

Secondly, it just doesn't have much staying power. It's a great song, but kind of wears out after 5-10 listens. Not sure what it is about it.

You're probably the only person in the world who feels this way though. Norman has way better reviews, streams and accolades than any of the successor. Pretty much everyone considers it an American classic. Also, BB a cohesive record? Um, okay

No hate, like everyone can have their own opinions and have different tastes but I'm just shocked reading these in fact these opinions are very different too...:oprah2:

the number of her albums feel so confusing… like do we include paradise? or violets? i think she considers AKA to be her first album because she mentioned it as her first album at the women’s billboard awards .. maybe she considers paradise as its own album and that’s why she thinks Ocean Blvd is her 10th album, or maybe it was just a typo? but regardless of what album is her 10th one, i still feel like the next one is the start of a new era

She considers Violet as an album but as seen on her race jacket merch, she includes paradise there not aka

  4. How many famous people have been to Lana's concerts? I know that actor Eric Dane went to see her this August in Chigaco's Lollapalooza (or other concert in the US?) And I also know that Katy Perry (and maybe Sia too, I remember her tweeting about this) went to see her in 2012 at the El Rey Threatre and the worst thing was that when she left the concert all the paparazzis started harassing Katy, asking questions about her divorce thing :smh:

this is so Lana. The way she intentionally goes out of her way to not be a celebrity will always be hilarious to me. I bet if she wins she’ll have a prerecorded video they play on screen holding the award and saying something random :true:

Omg like the video where she was holding NME's middle finger award for NFR in 2019
