February 2017 does things to me. Especially because I had a falling out/break up with a guy I liked the exact weekend she’s referencing in that song.

I’d like get to get back into making more melodic stuff. I don’t mind most of her stiff with AG, I think he’s very versatile, but I’m getting tired of the clink clank music and I feel like shes too comfortable with this sound. I feel like she’s almost hiding behind it. But I get where shes like “no one else can make this kind of music but me”

It’s called a 360 contract, she may or may not be in one, and all 360 deals are different, so theres no way of knowing unless an insider has literally looked at the contract she signed in 2010. Its also possible that they contract may have been renegotiated at some point.

I wonder (and BFY may know) if Atlantic doesn't want her working with SOPHIE given that the XCX World leak came from SOPHIE’s camp. Since that leak the only thing she’s dropped with SOPHIE is OOMH

It was shelved by her label before the leak, there was going to be adjustments (Boys/Tears & Tantrums), but then most of it leaked and they scrapped it.

i mean didnt we get the album draft from someone who got it from SOPHIE’s sound engineer? but yes she was hacked

I think February 2017 is my favorite from the album, I love it so much.

Btw any of you who downloaded the leaked XCX World album should be buying Charli. It’s the least you can do for her.
