There's no point in pushing it back. It's Lana. There aren't going to be any huge #1 smashes and people are already well aware she has an album coming. It's going to sell what it's going to sell regardless. Pushing it back only heightens the risk of it leaking. They need to get it out as soon as possible.

god everything from this album has been absolutely stunning to me so far. it's exceeding every expectation i have. i honestly don't know if i will survive my first listen next week if the rest of the songs are this amazing.

I kinda agree with the no bonus tracks thing but at the same time I want all the new Lana I can get, so a part of me is pretty bummed about it honestly. I know she's been pretty consistent as far as productivity since she (re)debuted with BTD, but it's Lana.....she's so damn unpredictable. She could walk away from this tomorrow to start a fruit stand in bumfuck somewhere so I always want as much from her as possible.

i think it makes perfect sense to release 'honeymoon' next precisely because we've heard it already. i was really surprised it wasn't the track that went up with the preorder first. i'm happy about it if it's really coming. 'Honeymoon' slays and i can't wait to hear it in hq. Plus as much as I'm dying for the album, I don't want too many unheard songs beforehand.

YES. thank you. i don't see how anyone can find it boring or outright hate it. it's heartbreaking and gorgeous. it was cloudy here today and i was walking around downtown with this song on repeat and it was just LUSH. so ready for the album. lana is about to slay my LIFE.

yeah that's what I'm thinking/hoping. i didn't really follow every little detail of the UV release so I don't remember how the presingles were released. she said in her Instagram post announcing the preorder we'd be hearing songs 'soon' but with the album release being so close anyway i'm confused as to whether she means more presingles or just the actual album release itself. and I'm really really really hoping we get at least a couple of bonus tracks somewhere. I need all the new lana I can get.
