I hope the studio version of Cherry has a lot of bass. I love that. The only thing I didn't like about some of the "muddy trap beats" on Huntymoon was that they didn't have a lot of bass and overall sounded really quiet.

I feel like the video for LFL and pre order for the album is coming tomorrow, or maybe at midnight. I'm not sure, but I just feel like it's a good possibility.

I think that would depend how they go about it. If they do the right promo after, maybe hint towards a surprise release, etc then yeah it could work. But since Lana hasn't really been doing much to show the whole world she's working on her next album, I think only her fans would really pay attention. For example, when Beyoncé's in the studio, her fans the whole world knows because she drops little hints to suggest she is, then everyone talks about it, then she drops it.

Guess we'll just have to wait & see because it seems like no one knows for sure except lana and her team, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't either lol

Is it possible that their shipments could be canceled last minute? Like maybe originally it was supposed to be shipped to them for the 26th but their arrival transcripts haven't been updated for the new date.

Do you think even small record stores would know? (Not like Target or Best Buy) because I have a small little record store not too far away that sells CDs so I may give them a call and ask

Yeah same, as desperate as we sound. I just don't see why the album would be pushed back when it seems to be completely finished, especially if she's rehearsing a new song, holding auditions for dancers, and has talked about a lot of the songs in depth of how they sound.

Not if she puts more than the usual amount of tracks she does there was that one site (I think the first site to report it was coming in July) which said the album was gonna have 20 tracks, so if they were right about the release, maybe they're right about the amount of tracks. It would be cool to have 20 tracks, just albums with that many sometimes lose steam towards the middle-end. Hopefully 14-17 tracks. Maybe it's delayed bc she recorded something with Borns and Marina

I wouldn't mind the July release if she would release singles/promo singles on a regular basis instead of just releasing a song every couple months. If the July release is official, then I hope she'll release about three more songs before the album. Lust for Life video this Friday (May 19th) and Preorder on May 26th with promo single. Then maybe one single like the second week in June, one promo the first week of July. Maybe another video. And then I'll be somewhat happy.

Same. I really wanted a summer album, same with Honeymoon but that didn't come till basically autumn. Ugh I hope she starts releasing singles like no other or something bc this era really hasn't provided yet. Love is great, Lfl was alright, but there's nothing else to it besides the photo shoots/magazine issues and those two songs. It's been three months since Love. She should really start getting the ball rolling with this era so that's what I'm hoping the July release date is for. She should use the rest of May and all of June to treat us with music and promo. Is it bad that I'm still in denial about this?

I don't think anyone's really turning on her, or at least I'm not. I think some people are just upset because she's too quiet about it. Everything is always left up for speculation. If she just confirmed or denied the May date like idk, when it first spawned? then i think that wouldve cleared up a lot of confusion surrounding this era. I would find it hard to believe that she didn't know about all the sites, stores saying her album was coming in May. Also, she did say it was coming in spring, further backing the May 26th date.

Yeah this is true too. The trailer was released almost two months ago and we've gotten one song and an album cover. (Not counting C-WIMM)
