I'm taking a short break from playing to update you guys on how I'm doing in the game so far, and it's really been wild. I'm halfway through the third island, and I know Aether foundation is up to something. I FINALLY evolved Formantis into Lurantis, I have Primarina now, I gave in to my Alolan Meowth, and finally let it evolve! I also picked up a Togedemaru while searching for Turtonator, and It's so adorable. I'm making decisions on who to drop from my team though. I keep running into cute pokemon, and my team keeps changing. TURTONATOR WAS SO HARD TO FIND AND IT TOOK ME ABOUT AN HOUR TO FIND IT BECAUSE IT HAS A 10% ENCOUNTER RATE! It's not even worth it imo because it's level 29, and all my pokemon are level 39-42, but I'm still keeping mine in my team because I need a fire type, and I know I can train it to be a powerhouse. It just takes a lot of dedication.

I'm on the second island, and it's not too tough. I caught Fomantis and it was such a big help (I would advise you feed your Pokémon the beans in Pokémon Refresh, because you get rare candies from the coffee shop workers) if you do catch Fomantis do not underestimate the first totem Pokémon you face on the second trial. Totem Whishiwashi is crazy tough to beat, and I spent a good 10 minutes battleing it.

It's especially hard if you choose Popplio, but I've managed to get really far with only two Pokémon. I beat the first island last night, and I'm about to pick it back up. The first totem Pokémon almost destroyed me.

It's so worth it. The story is so good, there are so many cutscenes, and it's really not easy. It's all so perfect and I can't imagine it any better.

He's demolishing me, but I keep using a potion/Baby doll eyes tactic to try and beat him. It works, and then he gets a critical hit on me when I'm about to defeat him. What patch of grass did you catch Meowth? I can't seem to find the right patch and I've been searching for a while. Rockruff is at ten carrot hill, but you can't go there until you beat Iliama. UPDATE: I just beat him.

I'm playing Sun too! I'm still in the first city (I like to train my starter up before I start my journey) and I'm fine with not finding any of the Pokemon I want right now since it's so early. I keep losing to Iliama though, his Smeargle keeps spamming Leafage on my Popplio, and it's got to the point where the nurse Joy has gave me a Super Potion. I'm currently trying to get a Meowth so I can have a decent pokemon to beat him with. I refuse to use any of the others

What's your opinion on the game(s) so far? I'm enjoying it, but I haven't ran into any of the pokemon I'm wanting to catch.

They are good! Nothing groundbreaking, and I wish they would focus more on the actual protagonist of the games instead of putting random characters in their spot. I know they want to shine more light on side characters, but I would die to have seen Dawn/Lucas in that one. Congrats! I just picked up my copy of Sun (I'm getting both but my boyfriend preorderd Moon for me as a gift)

The only highlight was Lana Winters.

That was literally the worst season ever. I hate to be that person, but I'm that person. What the hell was that mess? I called that shit as soon as Lee found Flora in the house. Also who the hell was filming the last few scenes? That can be said for the past few episodes. Yes, there were cameras around before the season finale but some shots were from places that cameras weren't placed. If you're going to do a found footage/documentary show, do that. You can't just pick and choose. I'll literally piss myself if we have a sequel season. The only good part was the Lana Winters special, and how the fuck are you going to tell me they got that Ghost Whisperers knock-off footage was got to be aired? Also what world are they living in?! You cannot show actual deaths on television. This show has so many plot holes, and how can you blame marijuana for the cause of deaths? Did they miss the part where she literally snorted cocaine purposefully? This was so dumb, and it was good at the start, but what kinda mess did this turn into? Worst season finale by far, and worst season. It lacked so much, and they tried too hard to get in with 2012/2013 horror.

For some reason I read this the way she sings in Burning Desire, and I love it.

I finally got around to just watching it, and it was soooo good. I cried a lot, and although it didn't end like I wanted it to, I really loved it. I like how it's not just a "love story." They really twisted it around, and I was shocked. I related to this movie a lot, and I think I'm going to watch it again. Everything towards the last few minutes went completely over my head (especially during that LDR - Freak extra slow motion scene) 10/10

Also Cynthia was one of the HARDEST champions to beat. I remember I was biting my nails, trying to not lose to her, and I think it came down to her Milotic, and I had the upper hand. I remember that during my first play through of Diamond (I was really young at the time and didn't have clue what I was doing) I had a level 100 Empoleon that only knew HM moves! (I'm glad they removed hms this game so we don't have to worry about that mess)

YESSS!!! I'm here for the 3D remakes of DP&P imagine how good the locations would look with a 3D remake. Also I'm here for the Pokémon contest to be more like the anime, not like that mess they labeled as "contest" in ORAS.
