Hi, literally my hundredth time making a thread for edits but I always end up hating what I previously uploaded, don't edit for ages or lose the thread 

I will try and keep this one regularly updated and stuff whenever I do make something. For now, here's an AKA reissue concept I made, for what I imagined it would look like if she rereleased it after Born To Die like she said she would  I'm really happy with how this turned out!

Hidden Track: Roses Bloom For You

 

Tried to replicate what I imagine the original Lust For Life was. I know RBFY was the intended opener - but 13 Beaches is such an amazing opening track IMO, especially coming after Honeymoon. 

Tried to play with the serious 'the world is going to end' vibe Lana described the record as by including the atomic symbol, and swapping out cute happy Lana for serious Lana. 

If we knew the names of the political outtakes I think I would swap out some of the tracklist for them!

I love this cover so much! It’s so evocative and does a perfect job of meshing the more eerie, cathartic, and moodier side of the album with the more globally aware undertones of it — it’s a perfect visual representation of the conduit between the record’s themes!   And I love the grungy feel of the B&W — it goes so well with this image of Lana <3

This is GORGEOUS! I love the colour work, it reminds me of a lot of colourized images from the 50s/60s, which is so fitting for the “idealized vs. not idealized America” theme that runs throughout NFR. Beautiful! <3
