First, I want to thank everyone who’s shared their love for both me and Candy. I know her soul would be warm with the thought that she’s being remembered, even by those who never met her.

 

Now at the risk of sounding absolutely insane, I just have to say something else. Candy’s funeral is being live-streamed on FaceBook in about 10 minutes, so I decided to log into my account for the first time in forever. Like, it’s been years. The very first post I see after logging in is a post made 22 hours ago by an old friend of mine of 12 years sharing that her husband passed away after several months of dealing with complications in the hospital. Shocked after already learning of two other deaths in the past 24 hours, I click to view her profile and her most recent post is her sharing a memory video of her and her husband on their first date exploring an abandoned underground tunnel.

I am so sorry but this song is just doing way too much to me right now I can’t even cope. I feel like I’ve had three people who are no longer in this world scream to me to not forget them within the past day. I am hearing their messages loud and clear.

I’m going to watch Candy’s livestream and then head straight to bed because this is all just too much for me to handle I don’t even know what to think right now. Perhaps I’m just reading way too much into all of this, but I can’t help but have this feeling that this all means something.

Sorry for over-sharing on the boards, I’m just feeling such a strong connection to the title track of this record and it’s already impacting me in ways I didn’t know were possible x

I found out last night,  a guy I dated for a month in 2017 passed away in January 2021. The coincidences are purposeful. Take care of yourself during this time, my condolences

It's also not registered anywhere so whatever "online tools" that exist are probably not well known to the public.

it was probably coded somewhere or in those websites like acrcloud or aha music cause boz said on atrl "No, it’s not a guessing game, you are gonna know it’s the correct title when you actually find it. This is actually a task for girls like ROD, SV or Baby Blue who are probably more knowledgeable of online tools

It’s really interesting reflecting on Lana’s W Magazine interview with a clearer idea about the record. 

She discussed her difficulty in generating new ideas outside of the studio in terms of writing, yet she closed out the interview with a statement about how she cannot help but write. 
 

It reminds me of her description of NFR’s creation (iirc) where she talked about having writer’s block, and yet she churned out her most critically acclaimed record—which also happened to be her favorite album excluding Violet. 
 

What she’s done lyrically with TUOB is seriously impressive, so it looks like maybe she’s back chasing her lyrical muse after all (which might explain the seemingly contradictory set of statements)! So excited!
