Best Lana-Related LA Places?

I’m going on a road trip across the pacific coast on the 8th and will be ending it with 3-4 days in LA! I’ve only been to LA like two times before, and wanna know the best places to go that Lana has referenced in her songs

I went to Mel’s last time!! I think I went to the wrong location though. They do still have the Lana shake, and they have a Ocean Blvd shake that I’m going to get this time

Chateau Marmont has a nice bar (altho I don't think you're 21 yet so...), and if you have time to go to Malibu it can be a fun day trip. Venice is nice as well. 

 

It really depends on where you're staying. If you're gonna be on the westside, all of these things should be doable with a car and some well timed driving to avoid the rush hours.

Mel’s on Sunset, Chateau Marmont (you have book beforehand if you’re going for food), Malibu / Topanga. 
 

I don’t think Venice is that great but worth going for the mural. Santa Monica is a lot nicer and a short walk from Venice beach.

malibu is a dream, plan a beach day out there for sure

if you hit venice beach and like indian food, go to india sweets & spices (delicious and inexpensive)

i'm staying in hollywood but definitely plan on going to venice!! and you're right. i'm only 18

i went to the mels on sunset when i went to la and they still had it on the menu!

 

our server also told us about the times she has served lana and said how lovely she was. she also gave me some leftover lana/mels merch from the listening party

Chateau Marmont is no longer accessible for non-hotel guests btw

 

The Lana mural in Venice, I highly recommend going up to the Topanga Lookout and listening to Heroin, ts absolutely amazing, easily my favorite spot anywhere close to LA , Malibu/Point Dume for Get Free vibes, Santa Monica pier, the Witch's house in Beverly Hills, Mariner's Village just for the lols, Mel's drive in, Amoeba Music

also if youre driving along the pacific coast highway youll pass the high by the beach house so keep an eye out if youre up that way
