The way they gave Lana an actual magazine-worthy photoshoot and not just plain nude background underwear photos like with other celebrities (even some huge ones like SZA, Rosalia or Cardi B)… 

 

Lana specifically referenced other Nadia Lee photoshoot and she got exactly what she wanted! It looks like absolutely something on her terms and not just a money grab opportunity (although I bet the cheque was FAT)

I think the items don't look very special or unique anyway, I'll gladly pass. They look really nice on her and in this photo shoot though, of course. Love the pics, but not the (style of the) product it's promoting.

i had the same thought but tbh i’m used to lana being tone deaf at this point, she’s definitely not an activist of any sorts
