Going back to the housing thing: how about expanding the already existing concept of the "housing project", to create them in areas outside of just big cities. Making rent more affordableby subsidizing it, etc.?

I think he’s pointing out that many prominent Republican figures are supporting the democratic ticket. It’s a nod to say that it’s okay to vote blue, even if you’re a Republican, because you won’t be alone.
