The moment you save your pic the cloud has access to your contempt as a whole. It's like this: you open the door of your house and tell the cloud they are only allowed to take your TV not your sofa or any other item.,They officially take only the TV but they register all the other items, including your sofa. As you know, every pic, image, emails or video is a sequence of codes and such codes remain in the cloud.
