To me, if someone has access to unreleased unleaked songs, then there's something "wrong" naturally. They don't have to be hackers to be considered wrong.

You're right. It is Charli's intellectual property after all and no one has a legal right to it. If we have access to it without her explicit consent then that is legally and morally wrong regardless of how we have attained the leaked material.
