she has potential. i love the inflection and quirkiness of her voice. it's reminds me of SINEA O'CONNOR in a way. well i enjoy it anyway. if she works on her craft she definitely has potential.

I think even though she's not having a super variable voice, the sound of it is pretty pretty nice. She just sometimes does things with it that is not really benefitting like when she tries to sing very dramatic or use high registers. But basically it's a very nice, raspy voice with recognition value. Just listen to Haunt.

I honestly expect nothing less than greatness from the next one. Badlands is WAY too judged, it's really nice. I also feel like Halsey has grown up and learned a lot in the last couple years so I expect a more mature sounding record.

Oh gawd yas! I hope she's not going down the Roman Holiday/Colors way though. I'd prefer more songs with the sound of Haunting, Coming Down, Hurricane or Garden.
