I truly think that if they ever made a Lana Del Rey broadway show, they could easily use some of her unreleased songs and the plot/storyline would actually make sense lol

I always thought the same! So many of Lana’s unreleased songs from 2010 remind me of 90s/2000s teen romcoms. Like, I immediately think of Cher Horowitz when I hear songs like this one, Meet Me in the Pale Moonlight, Backfire, Playground, etc.

Puppy Love/Marilyn Monroe and Take Me To Paris are such sister songs to me because of this. BBM Baby and Driving in Cars With Boys have that vibe too and I love it

i remember the first time i heard this song its a core memory to me.. it was like 2021 and i was scrolling youtube for lana unreleased and i found this song but it was pitched down a bit (this was a little before i began to actually listen to lana unreleased and download the real files) and then i heard the real version and it still sounds weird to me the pitched down version is so natural to me but i think the video got taken down with it  it was very 2014 it was a bunch of gifs of movies with people being in love n stuff with spanish lyrics of the song

When I was in high school and first started driving back in 2014, I’d make CDs bc I didn’t have an aux cord let alone Bluetooth in my first car. Prom song was one of the songs I had on it  I remember listening to this song all the time driving to school. Prom song, take me to Paris and queen of disaster are so nostalgic to me, reminds me of high school
