I don't wanna sound shady, but I think that Lana just added a "cinematic vibe" to this "mix" of Mazzy Star and Jeff Buckley

I was looking at Lana's playlist on Spotify and she added Dream Brother on there. I'm listening to it right now and I think for some reason it would really fit into LFL... It has that dark vibe to it without being too depressing lol

I think that Fleetwood Mac would fit well in this album. Imagine if she did a cover of Gypsy, it would be fucking amazing

Just a reminder that next Monday will be the 20th anniversary of Jeff's death. I'm going to paint a picture of him and share it on here (if I don't fuck it up lol).

I'm gonna try and paint this one. I'm nervous though cause I haven't painted in over a year :defeated:

Well today marks a whole 20 years since Jeff died aged 30 in 1997.

I wish he was still here, I really do. But I shouldn't dwell on that thought too much or it'll make me sad. I'm just thankful for everything he gave in his short time here on earth. His music really made me a better person and more positive in life. He was a kind soul with a heart of gold. Although you may think that's over the top, but I don't think it does justice. Jeff had a unique way of looking at life, from friends to relationships, to the media and fame, and to the music business and music itself.

Jeff is probably one the most humblest artists I know of. He didn't want money or fame, he just wanted to travel and make music for the people. From those who knew him personally, he made you feel important. He made you feel like you mattered. He made you feel like you were his closest friend.

Jeff was funny, smart and talented. He was taken too soon. RIP Jeff. :crying4:

(Btw I know I said I was gonna paint the picture above, but it turned to shit).
