Not really expecting lyrical masterpieces from this album unfortunately

I hope it doesn't end up 18 tracks tbh, I much prefer 10-14 track consistent no filler over a bloated 18 release.

Really, this "she does not want to be famous" thing is getting reeeeeeeeeeeaally old. Her promo is messy and lazy (although she's been quite active lately), this does not have anything to do with fame. There are indie and alternative niche-artists that have a better promotion strategy than her.

Totally agree. She could still have reliable and consistent promo without her having to do interviews or anything really. It's her team.

 

But, at the same time, if she's changing her mind every few days (she IS a legit artist, as we know) and they're being threatened by leakers and stuff, they could very well be trying to get through it as easily as possible. But everything from them adding dancers to her live performances to this weird, haphazard mess of a promo build it has been annoying. But her catalog is so huge, that I've been able to manage.

It's old, but I don't see it as a justification. It's an explanation. She doesn't care about her success, so she announces an album and fucks off for a few weeks, releases a song or two and fucks off for a few weeks, and so on.
