Honestly I probably won't buy any of the merch this era, unless she releases another lyric book. I mean, some of the stuff is cute (or the concept of it is) but it's either pricey or it's something I just wouldn't wear often. Even then, her stores are confusing as hell since there's like 3 or 4 different ones.

Anyways, I don't know Kali (haven't herd of her until I joined LB) but Jhené has sold platinum, worked with Disney and Drake and opened for him. Her debut album Souled Out topped spot nr 3 and her EP reached nr 8 on Billboard 200. I wouldn't say that she's indie or unpopular, just unknown if you're not listening to r'n'b.

Well, if all you listen to is Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and The Chainsmokers, then yeah - she's indie af. If you actually take a step back and compare her to actual "indie-artists", then you'll see that nothing about her is "indie" in any way.

Jhene is straight up rnb, nothing wrong with that, I like her, but shes not indie in the "musical" sense, shes just not a big name that's all. Her type of rnb would match a Lana concert actually, its very chill.
