    at the end of the day, listening to a song doesn’t hurt anyone. & choosing NOT to listen to a song because of people involved in its creation does not make you better than someone that does… not referring directly to you, i just see a lot of that attitude in this thread. 


    downloading / streaming her music isn’t what is keeping his lights on tbh. it really doesn’t make a difference (as in, his career is going to continue regardless) and really just comes down to the ability to separate art from artist, or the desire to even care to begin with. it’s just music!!! :)

    Cross You Out is AMAZING and that has NOTHING TO DO WITH SKY!! THANK YOUUU. I WILL NOT BE TAKING QUESTIONS AT THIS TIME!! If you can’t relate to the song’s message that’s ok, but do not come for my cutting-toxic-people-out-your-life anthem, which has beautiful lyrics & some of her best production!!!

    2099 was an IDEA before it was a song, and that shows more than anything!! 1999 was cute but could have used a better feature. Maybe someone that actually grew up in the 90s and not born at the very end of it. Anyways 2099 is HOT GARBAGE and I’ve clearly got some thoughts on the matter. :toofloppy:

     

    i do generally agree that Charli is her worst “album” mainly because of the awkward tracklist. It’s very clunky to me & i had to add / remove + rearrange some things to adjust it to my liking. :)

    it is FRIDAY!! I worked ALL WEEK!! ok actually i didnt work Tuesday, but whatever!! It’s been a long week!! I just wanted to log onto a nice quiet weekend in the sky thread, and we’re on our what - 3rd meltdown : pre-thread-locked-for-the-fifth-time mess again??? :rip:  legally i take no sides and make no statements, but this is ELLE’S forum at the end of the day!! SHE PAYS THE BILLS Y’ALL!!! so idgaf if she has an annoying bestie, who y’know what makes some valid points at times and is hella entertaining…. 
     

    it blows my mind that sky’s thread is so dramatic and argumentative but honestly i live for the drama. I am a gemini after all… ANYWAY can yall just keep it RESPECTFUL….  ????? It’s not that hard! Also there is no ass kissing going on behind the scenes :eyeroll2: at least not in my direction! I wouldn’t mind a smooch though!! :awkney:

And while I am fully aware that Sky Ferrari is not over, she is just a spoiled LA brat, I also am aware that she is once in a lifetime genius. It doesn’t matter how many times she lies. It doesn’t. She turned into strong and confident women and extremely inspirational.

    And no. I am not turning my back on Sky. This was a rough decision but I know what it's like to be in a place where you don't belong or feel included and sometimes... It's better to just lie.

    Yet, I always like to see things from the bright side and I am going to always support Sky Ferreira. She had an amazing and beautiful impact in my life.

    Capitol Records… Good luck. Masochism... Rest in peace.

    Sky… Thank You. You’ve given me the ultimate fan experience and you’ve been so inspirational.
