im scared im not gonna like XCX3 as much as i adore N1A and POP2 cause i think mixtape charli is significantly different than album charli, although i love true romance but I don't like the XCX world songs that leaked as much except for taxi, the rest are ok but I don't exactly LOVE them, and I know y'all like them very much but the songs don't really resonate with me very much, they seem a little basic. The drop in i wanna be with you is a huge serve tho

what if she's having issues with her label again?mhat of they're preventing the release because of how badly the singles flopped or that the sound isn't as commercial as they like? they haven't had issues with this before but who knows...?

i find it a little suspicious that so many magazines and sites are posting that it comes out march 29th... what if Lana and ben are fucking with us and it's actually rlly coming out the 29th?? Hate to be that person but I still want Party4U, maybe a reworked version. I think it's one of her saddest songs and a great way to show a different side of partying. BIOYL/P4U double single pls!

What kinda gatekeeping sjdjds Pop 2 is great but Number 1 Angel as a body of work is generally better imo. It’s more cohesive, it flows better. There are some songs off of Pop 2 that I like better than most songs off of N1A, but as a whole N1A is just better. You’re acting like there’s some deep meaning to Pop 2 that you only truly understand if it’s your fave, but it’s literally just futuristic experimental next level pop.

mdnskd ok that was kinda messy of me but in my opinion every song on POP2 is amazingly produced and that is has no bad tracks, number one angel is great but the production feels more basic than pop2's. I'm not calling it bad production, I still think the instrumentals are great but I think POP2 is more inventive

POP2 is better than number one angel in every possible aspect. if you don't think so, you don't understand POP2

Backseat and track 10 are her best songs

i appreciate how it goes from poppier & about relationships to more political/other-than-herself to being solely about herself and her emotions, i appreciate how coachella ties in the trap based music with the more acoustic based music

 

LfL has some of her best songs ever, some really pretty visuals that had incredible potential

 

but it's so fucking messy compared to her cohesive records

 

in my feelings is still her worst song she's ever made and nothing will ever change my mind on that

I honestly don't even view it as a messy record anymore I just have blocked certain songs from it from ever existing in my memory and it's a masterpiece

NFR era makes me truely miss how much fun the pre release of LFL was, all those pretty visuals we got for Love, Lust for Life and that iconic album trailer, we were so spoiled

Album is obviously coming in June now.....

june for this album feels flat out wrong, it doesn't sound like summery june music. Unless none of these singles are on the album and it sounds completely different, the latest she should released it is early may. But you never know with lana

Hmm I feel like video games at the end would work better as it's ha breakthrough song, therefore the one she's most known for besides the summertime sadness remix. But then again young and beautiful and very popular too.

The honeymoon font is so beautiful, and so is Lana's beaming smile on LFL

I love how uplifting charli's music is, like I love Lana's sad songs too but, as soon as no Angel plays in my head I'm in a better like, like just that intro is enough

i dont care if it's we dont stop or another song, new kim is always a good thing. i hope it's the lead tbh.

I think if it was the lead she'd probably trying to generate more buzz around it, if it is maybe she will when February 7 gets closer
