    What I wanted to say there is nothing artsy-fartsy about her, she is a pop singer/songwriter... But not on a serious level like Gaga or Sia.. There is no art in generic lyrics about partying, she had some moments tho. She is not self producing, she co-writes most of her shit, and whether a song is a bop or not depends who is producing her stuff. I stan her and love her so much, but I can't act like she is the lyricist of our generation.

    I see her as an artist only because of POP2 and true romance, I feel like she created something unique with those records and she comes up with very catchy lyrics so I really think she is a songwriter

    I'm kind of confused, is all these collabs for some exposure before she properly starts the album cycle? I feel like it would make more sense to be doing promo and releasing her own shit while dream glow is still hot cause after it dies down, all the exposure from that will be wasted...

    I agree that Number 1 Angel feels more thought out and polished and that's why I prefer it, I enjoy Pop 2 but some of the features really bother me and make me skip half the songs.

     

    For me this is how Pop 2 should've been:
