    this is more of a help thing

     

    for the last month and a half my notification tab takes ages to open, and now it doesn't even load at all .. idk whats wrong 

     

    Not sure if you're still having this problem, but I've found that it can help if you try and open the notifications while you're viewing a thread. It doesn't always work but I find it does help normally! :)

    Honestly I am so glad she is hitting back at the people who are making jokes about her, even if they are not intending to upset her. AND she is replying to them in such a nice way despite the fact she has been clearly deeply upset by this. UGH we stan a QUEEN!!!

    When we first heard of Lana working with Jack, I was very sceptical. But now I think it will be a very positive step for Lana, as MASSEDUCTION and Melodrama have convinced me that Jack CAN have extremely versatile production, no matter if the song is fast or slow, poppy or alternative. His production gives the songs/records he produces its' own personality and distinct sound, just like all of Lana's previous records. He may have produced some very mainstream records, but you can't deny the production is pretty good. He is far from bland. And like some other members said, Lana will not allow Jack to take over the record and make it non-Lana-y!

     

    If you have any doubts, I would try listening to New York, Masseduction and Smoking Section (by St Vincent) and The Louvre and Hard Feelings/Loveless (by Lorde). (Even if you just listen to one, listen to Smoking Section)

    I've got really mixed feelings about dropping 'the diamonds'...

     

    It's nice in some ways as it's more like Marina has 'found herself', and maybe just 'Marina' will make it easier for her to able to be herself more. Here for it if this is the case.

     

    But GAHHHHHH 'the diamonds' was so iconic  :( And as the diamonds were her fans, dropping the diamonds is kinda like dropping the fans too... (Although I know it was likely not intended like that!)

     

    "I created the name 'Marina and the Diamonds' 5 years ago and I never envisaged a character, pop project, band or solo artist. I saw a simple group made up of many people who had the same hearts.     I thought this meaning behind the name was so special and now it could be gone but idk I'm emotional what can I say
