Lana said she wants to release a few more songs like Love and Lust For Life before releasing Yosemite/more acoustic songs, which sounds like we have a few more singles coming before we get the album? How many singles do you guys think will drop before the album?

I hope so... I love BAR, and I can't see why she would have scrapped it? Now she's confirmed the album has some acoustic sounding songs I really think BAR still has a place on the album (but maybe that's wishful thinking)

Nowhere did I say that you said she doesn't deserve success? You said she doesn't care about success, I was just saying she does and that that's not a bad thing... And as for quality, I think LFL is great quality. I mean, fine if people don't like it, everyone has their own opinions, but even if you don't like LFL for whatever reason it is still nice to see Lana get positive feedback on something she's clearly proud of? Although, I don't get what you mean exactly about quality "politically"? Anyway, I am chill, I'm very happy right now, Lana's making great music that I love so I'm very chill and happy, thanks. - peace and love, no hate

But obviously she does care, for the reasons I highlighted... she is happy when her music does well? You think she's made five albums, plus 100's of unreleased tracks for any other reason than she wants to be recognised as an artist? As She says in the Dazed interview, there's nothing wrong with chasing success? Does a football player chasing dreams of being in a national team playing at the World Cup make them "trash"? No. Does a dancer chasing dreams of performing for an esteemed ballet company for audiences around the world make them "trash"? No. Not at all. It's no different from Lana - a singer - chasing after success in her specific field of the arts. Chasing success is not a bad thing. And being successful in your field does not mean you are "trash" or "tragic" as you put it. Again: she deserves every single bit of success she gets, and it clearly makes her happy to hear her music on the radio and see her singles rise on the charts. And she's doing that while still remaining 100% Lana. Good for her. I'm proud of her. Y'all need to chill out thinking success automatically equals becoming a mindless sell-out.

Remember how happy she was when she heard Love on the radio? Remember how happy she was about that tweet predicting Love being in the Top 40 (or whatever it was)? Or when she heard Video Games in that shop? Now imagine how happy she'll be to wake up to Lust For Life in the Top 10... Top 5... Maybe even getting a number 1... I honestly get a tear in my eye thinking about it tbh, Lana worked her damn ass off her entire life to make music and I hope she sees how well LFL is doing and knows how much we appreciate and love her! She deserves this success so much!

What was it she said about it exactly? I remember she said it was a more acoustic song and she did it in one take but did she say anything else? It is a National Park right? What significance is it in America? Lana sure loves writing about famous American places

Where are people getting "generic" from pls? This song is so not generic, it's very much a Lana song, you listen to it and KNOW it's Lana, it's not generic at all just because it has potential to chart well?? Like pls tell me how many 'generic' songs have 60's "shawop shawop" vocals... this is 100% identifiable as a Lana song, it's cinematic, retro, nostalgic and romantic... yeah, it's got radio appeal but it is most certainly not "generic" Love and peace to everyone but yeah....

Did she say she had some acoustic songs on the album, or did she just say Yosemite was acoustic? And she said Tomorrow Never Came was in her top 3 favourites from this album, I wonder if we'll find out what her other two faves are?

YES Abel is integral to the song as a whole!! If you lose Abel you lose the whole point of the song!

I can't at people wanting it without The Weeknd on it, like fine if you hate his music but this song sounds so good with him on it
