I'm starting to lose hope too. It's the 23rd of March and we haven't gotten a single word from her. I'm not coming to this thread anymore this month unless she releases something.

They miss the tortured little girl!!! But it's hard to believe it was fun to get you out of my mind!!! It's true only fools can play the part!!! Mine was never a mother's kind of love!!! I won't protect you, I can't!!!

Best case scenario (to me) would be a 14-track album with "Guardian" & "Pretty Dull" as bonus tracks. I think it would be a cool homage to these songs, "Guardian" because it's leaked but Sky knows it's a fan-favorite and "Pretty Dull" because she knows we thirst over it since 2012.

I honestly don't expect anything in terms of visuals because I know she'll deliver with whatever she picks. Sky has incredible pictures and her photo shoots have always been great so I'm sure the artwork will be top notch.

This. I understand when people claim she could release mixtapes and etc. and I don’t blame them when they do because in fact we have other artists who have done it, however each contract is a different contract, with different NDAs on many levels and so on. Just so people know, Sky was meant to put out a mixtape in December 2009 with a couple of her covers (including “Stand Back”) and even back then she wasn’t allowed to. In 2011 she leaked “Dynamite State” then got in trouble. We have more evidence that shows that a lot of her music doesn’t come out because of label problems and perfectionism than conspiracy theories about “laziness.”

We all get upset with the delays and whatnot but seeing people call Sky “lazy” and other shit and now even bringing Michael Jackson up is just a mix of mean and dumb, honestly. Sky’s been posting music online since she was 13. Her cover of “God Bless” is from 2007. She wrote and recorded dozens of songs in studios in North America and Europe when she was STILL in her teens. She got a contract with Bloodshy and Avant in July 2009 by HERSELF. She modeled for tons of top-notch brands and magazines for years. Then she stopped because (1) she’s ALWAYS had problems with her label and (2) she’s ALWAYS been messy with her releases + her perfectionism. For christ’s sake, just give the woman a break. Some of us have been there since the very beginning, others came afterwards and we are alllll tired and upset with the long wait. But I find it incredibly annoying how in every page there are people criticizing/mocking/bashing her for any reason, even if it’s a 2 or 4 or 5-year old reason.

I wish she'd pay homage to Cry Baby which was going to be released on 1/11/11 and let her second album be released on 2/22/22 or at least make a big announcement/have a single release on this day. Come on, Sky Ferreira . . .

I understand the anxiety about Sky posting pictures in studios but let's not forget that Sky recorded a couple of songs for NTMT shortly before it was announced. I'm sure she'll be using songs from like 2015-2016 but we'll still have super fresh material. Let's keep our fingers crossed because she teased March before and also there are a lot of festivals happening, I'm sure they wouldn't do a [mini] "tour" like this without a proper release in the works.

March is happening for real this time. We will get new Sky in 2022!!!

If she doesn’t have songs with these titles, get to the studio today and work effortlessly and nonstop so everything will be due on Friday. Also, “Dangerous” and “Heaven” as tracks #11 and #12. $2500 is a JOKE...

I think they could exist in the same world. Maybe Night Time, My Time being a sophomore? Cry Baby was complete, it had a release date, it had an "album cover", a known title etc. It's not like Sky scrapped the album while she was still doing sessions because she didn't like the material. One of the reasons Capitol didn't release it was because the investment was really high and both "One" and "Obsession" weren't major hits, so they decided to go with the EP.

This album being shelved will always be one of my biggest frustrations in life.

I'd put "Look at You" / "Paper Doll" / "Take It Slow" / "Hallucination" / "Sick of You" / "Shiny Toy" under Unreleased, the rest could be Cry Baby.
