  1. You don't? It was noticed by most reviews right away

And we know from the never let me go demo, that she has made songs by singing over others...

I never heard of their song before but then i listened to it after and i really found similarities but only in the vocal part.

Apparently it happened to Radiohead too j7J6qW1.gif http://entertainment.time.com/2013/08/22/11-suspiciously-sound-alike-songs/slide/the-hollies-the-air-that-i-breathe-1974-vs-radiohead-creep-1992/

Anyway, I had never heard of The Sun until now so I'll probably won't believe it until it blows up or something.

Lol how can they sue her if their song got sued? This is illogical? Then The Hollies should sue her not Radiohead?

  2. Bodak Yellow had more impact on the industry than Love- not hard to see imo, it got more streams, heard by more people. Do you hear Love being played at every sports game or blasted on playlists? Not really for most- it's BY. It's one of the most known Songs of the year, right with Shape of You, Despacito, and possibly even Humble. (Even though more GP/Whiter audiences didn't get it played like BY- not starting anything, just a fact).

Love could've been a LOT bigger if it weren't for the leak, rushed release, and little promo after. Hell, do y'all remember when Lana got her OWN snapchat filter? When she was on the front page of Twitter, on every Snapchat News Story due to her surprsie Love posters across LA? (That her dumbass LA fans promptly ripped right tf off and stole :crossed: ) Love could've been the contemporary/alternative song of the year. Or maybe even started a trend if it was lucky enough. It's a great song about positivity, released during a time nobody really knew what was gonna happen with the government, world issues, etc.

Green Light is forsure on there only because NME n other reviewers seem to have such a hard on for Melodrama, I like the album a lot but I don't think it's one of the best, let alone GL being the best on the record- it just made a much bigger splash than most albums this year.

Yeah but does popularity really matter? I know that BY is really popular at the moment but the song is bad and annoying. When you do a list of best songs of the year you don't have to consider how popular they are. I don't understand the hype over BY. The music video is bad and the song is trash.
