Idk I think that might be for the best. Not permanently, but she definitely needs to take a break. It kinda reminds me of how My Chemical Romance broke up instead of pushing out half assed albums (which I'm glad they never did). They knew they didn't have the same passion anymore to carry on with the band so they departed, and tbh I think that was a very good decision.

I'm gonna get scolded and I KNOW that she's occupied with her poetry book, but something is telling me she's not 100% on this album, like maybe she's getting second thoughts about it and maybe wants to tweak it some more. I mean if the album was finished and ready to go and she was completely ecstatic with it, but hesitating to release it or give any info, then it makes you wonder if she really wants to even put it out. Like sure, she probably wants to release the book first but multi-tasking is a thing. Idk...it's just a feeling I'm getting lately. She doesn't even seem excited about it. With LFL she talked about the record a LOT. In magazines, livestreams etc. Even way before the album got released, she seemed very proud of it and wanted to share with us as much as she could.

I really like the Honeymoon cover. I think my main issue with it is that there's too much text squeezed into one picture, like maybe if they airbrushed the text off the van then it wouldn't look so messy. But overall, great colours which really capture the essence of the album. LFL will be my least fave. I liked it at first...but meh...it's not as iconic as the rest of her covers. UV, BTD and PD are amazing, though. I can't find fault with them.

If Lana dropped the album cover that would honestly keep me happy for a few months. Because with the album cover you can then conjur up some ideas about the entire aesthetic of the album. Like with UV (dark, moody, noir), BTD (fun, blue skies, youth) and so on. I wouldn't mind a textless cover but I'll always love her font she uses for her name because it stands out. I just hope it's not some iphone picture of some skies...
